Attention to detail and exceptional finishes are important both inside and outside your home, and part of our commitment to excellence. We’ve set
the bar high for our homes’ exterior trim details, with 3 and 4 piece step-down trim, wrapped columns and beams with stacked details, well-crafted built-up cornice returns, and specialty features like board-and-batten panels and intricate gingerbread cutouts. All with the attention to detail and quality craftsmanship that fits the Covell standard of excellence.
INTERIOR TRIM & FEATURES
Our Interiors Feature Exceptional Trim
We take our interior details seriously. The Covell Standard for our homes interiors features architectural details inspired by the Eastern Shore and its history, with two-piece crown molding, chair rail, box-panel wainscoting, colonial-style window and door casings, and five-inch colonial-style base molding – all part of our exceptional standard trim package. Hardwood flooring is standard throughout the first floor, as are six-panel doors and nine-foot ceilings throughout the home. But we also offer endless options for making your home truly special, from covered ceilings to
board-and-batten walls and full wainscoting to elegantly detailed and intricate fireplace mantels. Coastal style that matches your lifestyle.

What’s standard for our kitchens is upgrade level for many. We’re proud to offer a GE Cafe stainless steel appliance package as part of our standard kitchen, with features like customizable knobs and handles, large capacity French-door refrigerators with pre-programmed freshness zones and interior water dispensers, whisper-quiet three-rack dishwashers, and industrial-style free-standing gas ranges with spacious over-the-range microwaves. With optional Gourmet packages that feature five-burner cooktops and double wall ovens.
EXCEPTIONAL CABINETS
Our homeowners love the quality of our cabinets so much, we don’t need to offer an upgrade. Like furniture for your kitchen, the maple wood doors and drawers come in a variety of stains and finishes, with dovetailing and soft-close drawers, and a range of configuration options that let you customize your kitchen layout to fit the way you use your kitchen.
