Of all our designs, this may be the one that has our hearts, and one of our originals. Deceptively compact from the exterior, the Chatham Classic packs a lot of living space into its slim footprint, with lots of depth adding a spacious feel to its rooms. The home’s charming traditional front entrance features a Foyer area with a Private Study and Powder Room immediately adjacent, offering an easy spot to receive visitors. The main living space is open and airy, with an open Kitchen, Dining Room and Great Room creating a terrific gathering spot for friends and family. The Kitchen features a large center island and an oversized Pantry with abundant storage space for stocking up on supplies. A large Laundry Room is conveniently adjacent. The rear two-car Garage is separate from the house, connected by a covered Breezeway.
