    The Legacy Series

    First floor Owner's Suites for a simpler lifestyle

    Sometimes stairs are not your friends. Whether it’s the inconvenience of running up and down to perform daily activities, or the difficulties that can come with illness and injury, a home with the main living space all on the same level can be appealing. That’s why we designed our Legacy Series homes, to offer thoughtfully planned living space with the convenience and simplicity of single-level living. The series features spacious first-floor Owner's Suites with oversized walk-in closets, deluxe baths with upgraded features, and, in some designs, adjacent porches and decks. All of our Legacy Series designs include Covell Standard features like well-equipped kitchens with Bosch stainless steel appliances and furniture-grade maple cabinets, as well as spacious open living areas. Every Legacy design also features additional second floor Retreat Space and more Bedrooms, for hosting family and guests, or providing extra work space and room to spread out

    The Executive Series

    Extra features with more living space

    Our Executive Series homes are designed with extra features and substantial room for greater versatility. Expanded Great Rooms, Mudrooms with second Laundry Areas, spacious separate Media Rooms, and country-style center island Kitchens with Breakfast Rooms all contribute to the additional functionality and elegant style that the Executive Series has come to define. The second floor features four or five bedrooms, and include more spacious Owner's Suites with large Bathrooms, oversized Walk-in Closets and Sitting Rooms, as well as large convenient Laundry Rooms, for a home that’s flexible and ready to accommodate guests, larger households, and a host of work, hobby and relaxation space.
